Slipped disc

I have had sciatica since Friday? Today it reached the unbearable levels. Half an hour to get to the toilet with Mum and John helping me.
Now it's after dinner and each boy has a task to do. It is working okay. Pain meds are making me sooooooo sleepy

Pudding

Fonso's pudding creation: tinned fruit, tinned custard and chocolate biscuits all moshed together. Tasted surprisingly nice.

Keeping 'em happy

All of us that is.

Best game of the moment.

1. Go to highest rural area you can- steep slopes and woodland are ideal

2. Make your self comfortable with book etc on high up point with good views all around

Boys are as usual playing armies- apologies to any German tourists who happened to be touring the Cotswolds yesterday as shouts of "shoot the blighters" could be heard resonating around the woods as my boys thundered through it with sticks, sorry, armed weapons.
Also apologies to anyone hoping to enjoy a quiet stroll- not a chance I'm afraid

3. From a starting point boys have to creep up on you stealthily without you noticing. If you do see them just pretend to shoot them and they have to go back to their beginning. If they can get to you without you "shooting" them, they've won.

This keeps them going for hours and is great as it requires only minimal intervention from me.
And its quiet!!
